If the registered name is not yours, you will need to update the identity data through GoPay or Gojek app before proceeding with the registration on GoPartner.
According to our internal policy, in order to update the registered identity data, your account will initially be downgraded to regular status. You are then expected to upgrade your account using your most updated e-KTP.
Please note that when your account is downgraded to regular status, you will no longer have access to GoPay Plus benefits. This includes features such as transferring GoPay balance to a bank or other GoPay users, cashing out GoPay balance at ATMs, or having GoPay limits up to IDR 20,000,000.

If you are unwilling to update your data through GoPay or Gojek app first, we recommend you to change the phone number associated with your GoPartner registration.
