I can't use LinkAja to pay order
Please make sure these things below if you can’t use LinkAja to pay your order:
- You have registered your LinkAja
- When registering LinkAja, you have entered the same number that registered on Gojek app
- LinkAja is only available for transactions at GoTix, GoRide, GoCar, and GoBlueBird services
- Your LinkAja balance is sufficient
- Your LinkAja account is active and not blocked
- Your GoPay account is active and not blocked
