I can't find my ongoing transaction
I can't find my ongoing transaction

If you can't see your ongoing transaction, first, you need to make sure that you’ve checked the 'Track your transaction' menu on your Gojek app homepage.

Or, you also can follow the steps below to find your ongoing booking:

  • Go to the My Profile menu on the top right of your Gojek app homepage > select “My Activity”.
  • On the activity page, select “Ongoing”, you’ll see your ongoing transaction.

If you have followed 2 steps above but the ongoing booking still does not appear, please remain calm and follow these steps:

  • Make sure the data service and your internet package are available
  • Log out of your Gojek app, then log in again
