If you encounter issues after the transaction is completed, such as items left in the car/motorbike, or an incomplete purchase with GoFood, you can ask the driver directly using chat/telephone feature. Here's how:
On the transaction history page, click the Chat button on the transaction you want to ask about.
You can still chat with the driver up to six hours after the transaction is completed, while your chat history with the driver can be seen up to 24 hours after the transaction is completed.
For several issues, you can also call the driver.
Select the transaction you want to ask about, then click the Need Help button, and click the 'Chat with Support' button then select:
