GOJEK PLUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gojek PLUS is a package that entitles you to a vouchers, discounts and/or other benefits provided by Us, the Delivery Service Providers and/or the Offer Providers in Indonesia (“Gojek PLUS”). These Gojek PLUS Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of Your Gojek PLUS package (“Gojek PLUS Terms”) and are an integral part of the Gojek Terms of Use.

By purchasing a Gojek PLUS package, you agree to these Gojek PLUS Terms, as well as any additional terms specified in the offer You receive through the Gojek Application (“Offer”). Your Offer includes important details and restrictions, therefore, please read the details of Your Offer carefully before purchasing a Gojek PLUS package. Your usage and purchase of the Gojek PLUS package represents your acceptance of the Gojek PLUS Terms of Use.

There may be more than one Gojek PLUS package offered by Gojek which Gojek PLUS Benefits may vary. Details of each package will be provided under Your Promo Page > Subscriptions.

• Gojek PLUS Benefits:

  • You will be entitled to various offers for selected Services within the Application as determined by Us for the duration of your Gojek PLUS package (“Gojek PLUS Benefits”).
  • The Gojek PLUS Benefits can be in the form of, but not limited to, either:
    1. discounts on handling and delivery fee and/or any other fees charged by the Delivery Service Provider(s);
    2. Vouchers to reduce trip fare, cart/product price, platform fee and/or any other fees charged by the Service Provider(s) and/or Us; and/or
    3. other benefits and offers as may be communicated by Us on the Application and/or other official communication channels.

• Fees & Payment:

  1. In order to obtain the Gojek PLUS Benefits, You are required to pay a subscription fee based on the Gojek PLUS package opted by You. You can choose a payment method made available by Us for the purchase of Gojek PLUS.

• Duration and Renewal:

  1. The duration of the Gojek PLUS package will be specified and will follow the rules of the selected Offer. Your Gojek PLUS package and its benefits will automatically renew at the end of each Gojek PLUS package period. The subscription fee will be automatically deducted from the selected payment method. If your GoPay and/or GoPay Coins balance is insufficient to pay for the renewal, the automatic renewal of your Gojek PLUS package will fail and you will no longer be able to enjoy the Gojek PLUS Benefits.

• Gojek PLUS Subscription from Other Platforms:

  • For Gojek PLUS packages purchased outside the Gojek Application, the following terms shall apply:
    1. Purchases can be made by following the terms and conditions that apply to the site/platform.
    2. The terms and conditions of the Gojek PLUS package will follow those stated in the Gojek Application or Gojek PLUS blog.
    3. Any differences between the provisions of the Gojek PLUS terms and conditions and those on the related platform/site, then for any Gojek PLUS package purchased, these Gojek PLUS Terms on the Gojek Application or Gojek PLUS blog will prevail, unless determined otherwise by Gojek.
    4. You can only have one active Gojek PLUS package at the same time in your Gojek Application.

• Cancellation and Refund:

  1. Gojek PLUS packages that have been purchased are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by Gojek.
  2. You are able to cancel the auto-renewal feature by following the instructions here. Once You cancel, your Gojek PLUS package will not be renewed but You will still have access to Gojek PLUS Benefits until the end of package validity period.
  3. In the event of cancellation by You, there shall be no refund on the Gojek PLUS Fee You paid and/or unused Gojek PLUS Benefits.

• General:

  1. We reserve our right to make changes to the terms and conditions of Gojek PLUS from time to time by providing notifications via the Gojek Application and/or the Gojek PLUS blog. Gojek reserves the right to: (i) make changes to Your Offer and/or Gojek PLUS Benefits at any time; and (ii) reject any users from subscribing to Gojek PLUS based on Gojek own discretion and consideration. By continuing access and usage of Gojek PLUS continuously after the changes come into effect, You will be deemed to have agreed to the latest terms and conditions.
  2. The Gojek PLUS Benefits are subject to our Service Providers availability and acceptance of request for the relevant Service(s).
  3. Gojek PLUS packages are only available on the latest version of the Gojek Application.
