Driver didn't pick up but has completed my order

We’re deeply sorry for the inconvenience due to driver did not pick you up but completed the trip.

You can chat the driver first through the History* page up to 2 hours after the trip is completed. Maybe the driver accidentally completed while on the way to your location. Or, you can call the after clicking the ‘Chat with Support’ button and choose this issue.

If the driver still cannot be contacted and does not come, please report this to us immediately in this article*. We’d be glad to help you.

Note: Please note that we can't process your report if the report is sent more than 24 hours after your trip is being completed.
